Refunds

Refunds will be given until 30 days before start of retreat. You MUST call or EMAIL me at least 5 days before, and GET CONFIRMATION from me, either by email or voicemail BY 30 days before start of retreat.

 AFTER THAT, refunds only if you find someone to fill your space. You must collect money from your replacement. No Exceptions.

Helpful Info For Guests

  • Parking-parking lot to left on main entrance road.Handicap parking only available at main building.
  • Number where you can be reached-408 354-2346 (cell phone coverage is spotty)
  • Smoking Policy-No smoking in any buildings or on trails. Designated smoking areas will be provided upon arrival
  •  Internet- there is wireless internet available-please see your coordinator for code. Also available are computer & printer in PERC Center 
  • Beverages-Coffee, tea, hot water, hot chocolate provided. Vending machine for sodas & bottled water

 

  • Food Service Hours

Breakfast    8-8:45

Lunch         12-12:45

Dinner         6-6:45

All meals are buffet style. Please bus your dishes to kitchen window  after each meal.
