Ratner Fellowship was established with its first retreat in 1972 by John R of San Carlos, CA. His goal was to give AA's and Al-Anons a retreat to work on common issues, and listen to talks by retreat leaders with a strong message of recovery. The retreats are continued by "passing it on". John's work as a travelling salesman availed him opportunities to get the word out about the retreats. As a result we have people from all over the western states attending. We need you to include this retreat in your 12 step work to keep them going.
